Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/ rescheduling  must be done 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in your card on file being charged for 50% of services booked. 

 

Late Policy

We understand that situations may occur that are out of your control.  But please be aware that your appointment may be cut short if you arrive late. Please call/ text 408-212-6085 if you are running late. If it has been more than 15 minutes past your appt time and we have not heard from you, it will be considered a no call/no show and you will be charged 50% of services booked.

Refund Policy

Lash & Glam does not offer refunds for services performed. We do offer a no-fee 3 day grace period to come in for lash touch-ups as needed. Must come in within 3 days. No exceptions.

 

Products purchased from Lash & Glam can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days.
